Our team has had so much fun reading all the stories submitted by the dogs and cats who entered our "Tell Us Your Story" contest. We also enjoyed the stories we received from some of your human companions! ☺ We thank you ALL from the bottom of our hearts, and we appreciate your patience while we read through all of the stories – it took a lot longer than we anticipated because so many of you were thoughtful enough to write!

The hardest part, of course, was having to select just a few "winners" when all of your stories were compelling in their own way – how would we choose between Walton the Service Dog, and Denali, who's a natural at comforting a sad person, and an amazing Shiba Inu named Akira, who saved a stray dog her humans found? Of course you cats were equally endearing and often funny, whether suffering delusions of grandeur like Prince Pumpkin, or acting as nursemaid to her recuperating human as Liberty Belle did, or making sure her brothers get their fair share of Pet Greens treats like the lovely Keira does.

But it turned out there were a few that we kept coming back to, and they became our Pet Greens Stars. We picked our Grand Prize Winner by the most democratic method we could think of: we held an election and Bubbs won by a landslide! (To be honest, his adorable face and natural charm may have had something to do with it, too. Here at Bell Rock, we're suckers for a pretty face!)
